5:30 am shoot at Alamo City Studios

On Thursday we began a shoot at 5:30 am. Getting up for a shoot at 5 am is hard but it’s great to see the sunrise. DEKO 37 shot a video was for a girl, Veronica, who wanted a cool fitness video. The video was shot at Alamo City Studios by a Videographer San Antonio.  We had her run by the Hays Street Bridge while the sun was coming up. Veronica ran through out the city and did several workouts at a cross fit gym. We got some great shots with a steadicam and a hoverboard. The editing came out really well. I used Adobe Premier Pro for the edit. The new Lumentri color works amazing well. This update was used to challenge DaVinci Resolve…I think, if I had to do it again, I do it like the Serena William Nike commercial “Underdog.” The commercial wasn’t out at the time but I want to do one like this.

Hopefully the video will help Veronica achieve her goal of becoming a police officer.

Tomorrow is an intense day. DEKO 37 will be shooting a short movie for 3 straight days in Buda Texas. The movie will be about cats catching large predatory birds. Instead of eating the birds, the cats will train them to fly across the US to pick up catnip. The cats and birds will not get hurt and we are going to use organic cat nip.

There will also be Cannibals in the film. But it’s ok, we won’t see the flesh being ate. It’s is a “found footage” film of a boyfriend who is dating a former Cannibal. DEKO 37, the best video production company in San Antonio, will shoot and edit this amazing film. Hope that San Antonio Film will recognize us!!!
