DEKO 37 Video Production San Antonio

Hi everyone, DEKO 37 is having a great time in Cancun with Caring Senior Services. We all arrived on March 2nd and relaxed at Secrets resort. This resort is really good. It includes food, room service, entertainment (we did water aerobics and a magic show, music and a very friendly staff. My favorite food so far was from the Sushi Bar.

The pools and the ocean are great as well. Their sister hotel, Dreamers, is mainly for families, but is very nice. They have a lazy river, a variety of great restaurants and huge pools. Vanessa and I went to a funny magic show and watched Pinocchio at the outdoor theatre.

So far, we have filmed lectures about AI, SEO and hiring in a new market. I was very interested in the AI talk and how they can incorporate seniors with a tool to monitor their health 24/7 in the house. It will even monitor the caretakers to see if they are doing a good job. I know AI has it’s plus and minuses, but I think a seniors can definitely benefit from this.

The owners also have had several break out sessions to discuss marketing and problem solving strategies. One of the meetings was about training new employees better.

Tonight is our last night of work and we will film the award dinner/ reception. I’m filming with a Canon C200 with a Sigma and Canon L Series Lens. I also brought a Nanlite 500 for interviews and headshots.

DEKO 37, videographer San Antonio is also doing a lot more work for One Stop Wellness. We recently did work with Heather the Chef, Laura the Health Nutritionalist and Ashley the Yoga instructor. Ashley’s lessons were about Toga which is a way to work out your feet. Since this video, I’ve been frequently doing Toga and it’s helped my toes and feet feel better.

Heather showed us some delicious salads and a sweet potato burger. Laura talked more about how bad sugar and sodium is to your body. She also talked about high blood pressure and what foods to eat to help bring it down. 

We just finished a project for SchooLinks. SchooLinks empowers counselors and career directors with a modern platform to educate students on life after graduation. They had an event at Hemisphere Tower to honor all superintendents that use SchoolLinks for their students. We interviews people from South Carolina, Dallas, Illinois and Oregon.

Next week, we will help the Comal ISD with 2 elective videos. DEKO 37 Video Production San Antonio has worked with Comal ISD for over two years. Right after the major lockdown from Covid-19, we were hired to do a 1–2 minute video about Steele High School’s electives. These electives were amazing and included Cyber Security, A nursing program, Animation, Architecture, 3-D software, Film Production, Welding, small pilot school, entrepreneurship, video game creation, Culinary, robotics and several other electives that I wish I had when I was in high school.

Towards the end of March we will be shooting a commercial for One Stop Wellness and San Antonio Film . The commercial will show how Alexa and the One Stop Wellness app work together. For example, you can tell Alexa that you are hungry and Alexa will send you a few videos of Heather cooking different recipes. This is really cool and we are planning the script and storyboard this week.

We will also film some more financial videos, yoga videos and workout videos after the Alexa/One Stop Wellness commercial.

DEKO 37 will also continue to video edit several of the videos for Zere, a company based out of Mexico that will reforest Mangrove trees. So far, we are aiming most of the footage to be about Pablo, a rancher in Veracruz, that has planted hundreds of Mangroves their. He wants to preserve and plant thousands of trees.

Mangrove trees take in more carbon and produce more oxygen than any other tree in the world. They are very important for animal habitat and purifying water. We hope that they project will get fully funded in the next few months!
